What are the benefits

of involving teens in community organizing?

Tapping into teenagers' skills, ideas, energy, and passion to make significant contributions to our community.

Developing the power of teens and providing them with the unique opportunity to make their own decisions and act on their own behalf.

Helping develop self-esteem and self efficacy.

Cultivating the next generation of Jewish leaders by training young people to lead powerfully and responsibly, to reflect and learn from their actions, and to hold themselves accountable.

Creating a new model of intergenerational relationships, where teens and parents work side by side as equals working toward shared goals.
