A Message from Barry Glass, TELEM Director.

It's been said by many that it takes a village to raise a child, and having two teenagers of my own, I can agree whole-heartedly with that snippet of wisdom. Teachers, friends, doctors, relatives, coaches and so many others all play significant roles in helping a young child grow to become the best s/he can be. The broader or bigger the village, the more resources you have to bring to bear on a child's growth and well-being.
